Everything below is included — customisation, freight and door-to-door delivery.
1. Order Confirmation. All Oasis Luxe Hair orders are made to order to your selections. Production begins within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
2. Turnaround & Delivery. The standard turnaround is 10-14 working days, inclusive of international freight, customs, duties and door-to-door delivery in South Africa. The price you see is all-inclusive. Please note: delivery may occasionally be delayed by customs procedures, which are outside our control. We will keep you informed throughout the process and contact you proactively if your order needs more time.
3. 7-Day Inspection Period. On delivery you have seven (7) calendar days to inspect the product and report any issue, defect or discrepancy to Oasis. Contact us on WhatsApp at +27(0)64 790 3815 or by email at orders@oasisluxehair.com. Claims raised after this period cannot be processed.
4. Returns & Exchanges. If your order is incorrect or defective, you may return it to the Oasis Luxury Store for exchange. The product must be returned in the condition it was received — unworn, untreated, with all original packaging, the Oasis cushion box, silk scarf and care kit intact. Items showing signs of wear, styling, washing or cutting will not be accepted.
5. Custom & coloured wigs are final sale. Wigs customised to client specifications (fitted cap, plucked, bleached knots, colour beyond natural #1B) are non-refundable. Exchanges are only accepted where the item received differs from the order placed.
6. Care & Warranty. Each Oasis wig comes with a written care guide. Following the care ritual extends the product life to 2–4 years. Damage caused by heat above 180 °C, chlorine, harsh dyes or improper styling is not covered.
7. Payment. Full payment is required up front to confirm the order — via Paystack (card payment) or direct EFT to Oasis Investment / FNB / 63071167556 / branch 251345 with proof of payment.
8. In-store installation (optional). If you select this option, Oasis will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your installation appointment at Oasis Beauty & Spa. The service is included with your wig purchase.
9. Privacy. Your personal information is collected only to process and deliver your order. Data is never shared with third parties, except for payment providers and the courier.
10. Governing Law. These terms are governed by South African law. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be referred to the appropriate consumer-protection authority.
