1. Order Confirmation. All Oasis Luxury Hair orders are made-to-order based on your selections. Production begins within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

2. Turnaround & Delivery. Standard turnaround is 10–14 working days, including international freight, customs, duties, and door-to-door delivery within South Africa. The price you see is all-inclusive.

3. 7-Day Inspection Window. Upon delivery, you have seven (7) calendar days to inspect the product and notify Oasis (via WhatsApp +27 73 852 8912 or email carolle.wedi@afri-conseil.com) of any issue, defect, or order discrepancy. Issues raised after this window cannot be processed.

4. Returns & Exchanges. If your order is incorrect or defective, you may return the item to Oasis Luxury Store for exchange. The product must be returned in the condition it was received — unworn, untreated, with all original packaging, the Oasis pillow box, satin scarf, and care kit intact. Returned items showing signs of wear, styling, washing, or trimming will not be accepted.

5. Custom & Coloured Wigs are Final Sale. Wigs that have been customised to client specification (cap fitted, plucked, knots bleached, custom-coloured beyond the natural #1B) cannot be refunded. Exchanges are accepted only where the item received differs from the order placed.

6. Care & Warranty. Each Oasis wig comes with a written aftercare guide. Following the care ritual extends product life to 2–4 years. Damage from heat above 180 °C, chlorine, harsh dyes, or improper styling is not covered.

7. Payment. Full payment is required upfront to secure the order — via Paystack (card payment), Ozow (Instant EFT), or direct bank transfer to Oasis Investment / FNB / 63071167556 / branch 251345 with Proof of Payment.

8. In-Store Installation (optional). If you opt in, Oasis will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your installation appointment at Oasis Beauty & Spa. Service is complimentary with your wig purchase.

9. Privacy. Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling and delivering your order. Data is never shared with third parties beyond payment processors and the courier.

10. Governing Law. These terms are governed by South African law. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be referred to the appropriate consumer authority.
